-- you guys probably wanted to be famous and make megabucks...but it's better for me that your music is my private favorite that nobody else knows about. when people hear all the nowhere songs and the today foever songs, they are blown away. the other songs that are really classics are leave them all behind, chrome waves, time machine (would have been awesome if recorded in the wall od sound nowhere style) and GRASSHOPPER !!!..end of the universe (black sessions) and andy's step into my world... as well as... let go of the dream. that is my best of and I listen all the time.

-- So I was actually born in 1995 which means I didn't get to experience many concerts that I would've liked to experience. Thank god for the internet how else would I have been able to discover such beautiful music. As much as I would've loved to be born at a time where I could've experienced these amazing works of art I was unable to but I have the pleasure of listening to them as I please.
Ride is a great band. There music uplifting, true and honest works of art. Sadly most people do not know of ride and probably will never know of ride. It seems to me nowadays that the worse you are (musical talent wise) the more popular you become. Which to me obviously makes no sense to me but I am grateful of the music I know and love and that I can enjoy.

I loved Ride at the time, I just didn't realise how well the music would last over the years and what a huge influence they've been on me. If the guys ever reform and tour oz they can come stay at my house :)

-- Amazing to find this website.
I saw Ride play at The Palace in St. KIlda, Melbourne in 1992. I was spellboundas a 20yo, I had already got in to them thanks to the indie record shop in
the Frankston!..
I bought first release 'Today Forever', 'Smile', 'Nowhere', and of course 'Going Blank Again'.
I also won a 3RRR radio competition and won a band autographed poster size Going Blank Again cover. This still hangs on my wall and always gets comments ans questions.
Also loved Slowdive, Jesus and Mary Chain, Spiritualised and anyone remember Chapterhouse... wow love that album 'Whirlpool'... amazing tracks like 'Pearl'.
Ride was a part of my youth.. thankyou.
