-- Great website, great memories, and great songs
As a student in S.Africa in the early 90s, I was a big fan of the shoegazing bands - especially Ride, MBV, and Slowdive. I was in Oxford for a postgrad course in 94-95, and got to see Ride live at the Jericho Tavern. I was a real anorak back then, and remember spotting Mark outside the Our Price near Carfax soon after arriving having a brief chat with Steve over a pint as well, and even walking all the way up Banbury Rd to find the address printed on the cover of the first two eps. I was a sad bugger :-)
Cheers!

-- Hey ride, when Blank was realeased in 1992 i had just been born, i am now 18. Your band is a inspiration to me and it saddens me to know that i was not around for times like the early 90's when things seemed simpler and better then today. Your band is as good as any mainstream band from my generation and i can imagine myself listening to yous even when i'm older.
Although i was not there for the experiance to see Ride live in the 90's, i still feel different when listening to them then any other band in the world. Thank you :)
